Our training program combines live teaching, videos, tests and a in-person conference to create a transformational experience for your team… and their sales.
Our training program doesn’t hold back. It will include training video modules, an interactive weekly live zoom class taught by our trainers, access to our Sales Fix Facebook group, and helpful infographics and worksheets. We don’t stop there. We want advisors to PROVE their comprehension of the material, advance with the rest of the class, and can demonstrate the skills they are learning. To help accomplish this, first, we make every student pass a test before they can mark a module “complete”, turn-in graded assignments, and we provide personal attention as needed when advisors are falling behind or struggling.
This is not your typical training program, and our expectations for your team are high. This program will not be right for everyone. The requirements for your advisor will be to commit to time spent watching the training videos and testing out of them, attend weekly Zoom training calls, join the Sales Fix Academy Facebook page, and spend whatever time they need to invest in order to grasp the concepts and apply. This is roughly a 2 to 3 hour per week commitment depending on the student.

The price listed below grants you access to have a certain number of seats available – 3 or 6, depending on your purchase – for you to have advisors enrolled in the initial 6-month program. This price is a monthly subscription that is ongoing. Once an advisor graduates from the 6-month program, they will become “Alumni” and no are longer considered to take up one of your available seats, freeing it to be used for another of your team members to start the initial 6-month program. As Alumni, they will continue their education with special Alumni-only training content.
If you have graduated advisors and want them to get plugged back into Sales Fix and start accessing all the Alumni training content, your first step is to purchase a subscription tier. Since you don’t have any team members you want to actively enroll, choosing the lowest tier will be your best option for now. Once you purchase, you will be given instructions on how to invite your graduated advisors back into Sales Fix. Hint: It utilizes their original student account, so make sure you have the email address from that account handy because the one you use to invite them will need to match!
This program is designed for your advisors and access to the program is only for those enrolled. As an owner, you’ll receive a syllabus for the class and be sent emails that explain what your advisor is working on and what to look for.
No, there is no contract. You can cancel at any time. If cancelled, all active students and all Alumni students will lose access to Sales Fix content.
Our video platform can be viewed on any internet active device including computers, tablets and mobile phones. We recommend a good internet connection and the use of Chrome or Safari browsers.
We will hold 2-3 graduation events each year. Your enrolled advisors get close to the end of their term, they will be given access to register for the next upcoming event. The cost for hotel (during the event), and most meals is included.
