What to Expect from Sales Fix Academy
Sales Fix is a 6-month interactive online training that is done in a virtual classroom setting. This will include powerful training videos that the students watch and test out of at their convenience within a 2 to 3 week period, an interactive weekly live zoom class taught by our awesome Shop Fix Academy trained service advisor trainers, acceptance into our great Sales Fix Facebook group, access to helpful infographics and notes.
We don’t stop there. We want to have your advisors PROVE they are getting the material, advancing with the rest of the class, and can actually demonstrate skills they are learning. To help accomplish this we first make every student pass a test before they can mark a section “complete”, have graded turn-in video assignments they must pass, and we provide personal attention as needed when we see an advisor is falling behind or struggling.
This is not your typical training program, and our expectations for your team are high. This program will not be right for everyone. The requirements for your advisor will be to commit to time spent watching the training videos and testing out of them, attending the weekly Zoom training calls, joining the Sales Fix Academy Facebook page, and spending whatever time they need to invest in order to grasp the concepts and apply. This is roughly a 2 to 4 hour per week commitment depending on the student.

Most frequent questions and answers
How does billing work?
The price listed is charged PER person enrolled in the program per month for 6 months. The day you sign up you are charged the first month to secure your seats. Then on the start of month 2, you’ll be charged your second payment, then each month after that until the end of the program. This will be a total of 6 payments.
Can I watch the videos with my advisor and attend the calls?
This program is designed for your advisors and access to the program is only for those enrolled. As an owner, you’ll receive a syllabus for the class and be sent emails that explain what your advisor is working on and what to look for.
Is there a contract?
This program has a 6-Month Term and is billed per month, per advisor. If your advisor no longer works for your company or they need to be removed from the program, you may cancel mid-term. This will stop any future billing associated with that advisor. NOTE: Completed billing and advisor progress is non-transferrable to other advisors.
What is the tech requirements?
Our video platform can be viewed on any internet active device including computers, tablets and mobile phones. We recommend a good internet connection and the use of Chrome or Safari browsers.
What is the cost and details of the Graduation Event?
We will hold 2-3 graduation events each year. Your enrolled advisors get close to the end of their term, they will be given access to register for the next upcoming event. The cost for hotel (during the event), and most meals is included.

How Enrollment Works
Step 1
If you're a Shop Fix PRO Member, keep an eye out for open enrollment invitations.
If you're not a member, use the link below to be notified when a class is opened to non-PRO shops.
Step 2
When enrollment for an upcoming class is opened, use the link to register for the class. Your first payment will be deducted when you sign up, and the remaining 5 will be deducted each month after for a total of 6 payments.
Step 3
Once you register, you'll be taken to a page to invite your staff that you purchased seats for.
Step 4
When your class start date comes around, your team will receive an email that will provide access to the first modules.
Each week, a new email will arrive to them with instructions for that week.
